’Tis the season for family fun and holiday cheer as Great Park transforms into a winterscape featuring holiday-themed art, music, and decorations. Enjoy festive lights, photo ops, and family activities November 20, 2021–January 2, 2022 at the park. There’s something for everybody:

The Irvine Child Care Project, a joint power authority between the Irvine Unified School District and the City of Irvine, is requesting proposals from licensed nonprofit child care providers interested in operating a child care program at Solis Park School beginning November 19, 2021.

City of Irvine Mayor Farrah N. Khan, along with other Orange County Mayors, united to celebrate the passing of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and share the significant community impacts in Orange County Cities. Among the Mayors sharing how these funds will benefit their city were Buena Park Mayor Connor Traut, Laguna Niguel Mayor Fred Minagar, and Santa Ana Mayor Vicente Sarmiento.

Irvine residents are invited to attend a Town Hall Meeting Tuesday, November 16, 5:30–6:30 p.m., to learn more about the proposed Irvine Unified School District (IUSD) plans for construction of a new Performing Arts Complex at Irvine High School.
