Irvine Fine Arts Center Presents All Media 2019 Exhibition

The Irvine Fine Arts Center announces the opening of its latest exhibition, All Media 2019, an annual juried show featuring the work of Southern California artists. An opening reception is 4–6 p.m. Saturday, September 7, with an award presentations beginning at 5 p.m. The exhibition runs through Saturday, October 26.

Irvine Police Department to Conduct Sobriety Checkpoint

The Irvine Police Department (IPD) will conduct a sobriety checkpoint as part of the Department’s continued commitment to reducing injuries and deaths caused by impaired drivers. The checkpoint will be conducted Saturday, Aug. 24, from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. in the area of Alton Parkway and Gateway.
