The Office of Health and Wellness, in partnership with UCI Health, presents a free lecture on maintaining bone health and preventing falls. Physicians will share strategies to improve balance, reduce risk, and support healthy aging and independence. The lecture will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at Lakeview Senior Center.
