‘Surfing with Tom Carey’ Photography Exhibit Opens at Great Park

The Orange County Great Park announces the opening of “Surfing with Tom Carey,” a photography exhibit running March 4-May 14, featuring imagery of some of the world’s finest surfers at the most iconic beaches. The public is invited to a free exhibit reception from 1-3 p.m. Sunday, March 5, at the Great Park Gallery at the Palm Court Arts Complex.

Quail Hill Community Center Opens to Public on March 4

The public is invited to a dedication ceremony celebrating the opening of the Quail Hill Community Center from 4-6 p.m. Saturday, March 4. Join City of Irvine officials for self-guided tours of the brand new community center, which features spaces for art, dance, fitness and educational programs. A photography exhibit featuring the City of Irvine 45th Anniversary Photo contest entries will also be on display.

Pacific Symphony in the Cities

Enjoy a free outdoor concert featuring the Pacific Symphony, led by Music Director Carl St.Clair. Before the concert, a Musical Playground with interactive activities for children includes activities such as making an instrument, playing a drum, meeting a musician, plus a conducting clinic with Maestro St.Clair.
