Ready to move, learn, and discover something new? Join us for the annual Healthy Living Expo Friday, September 25, from 9 a.m. to noon at Lakeview Senior Center.
Spend the morning exploring ways to feel your best, with fitness demonstrations, health screenings, educational presentations, free flu shots, an opportunity drawing, and a variety of health and wellness exhibitors.
It’s a great chance to pick up helpful information, connect with local resources, and make your health a priority.
Admission and parking are free, and no registration is required.

TRIPS is providing free transportation for Irvine residents ages 50 and older. Call 949-724-7433 between September 14 and 24 to reserve your ride. Space is limited, so early reservations are encouraged.
