Bring your little ghouls and goblins to the Lakeview Senior Center for a morning of trick-or-treat stations, snacks, and activities. Tours last approximately 30 minutes; drop in between 9:30 and 11 a.m. $3 per person. Registration recommended and available at yourirvine.org (Open in new window); search for course #21237. Walk-ups accepted as space permits.

Irvine Police Arrest Church Camp Counselor Who Committed Lewd Acts against Child

The Irvine Police Department on Wednesday arrested a Mission Viejo man who committed lewd acts on a child he supervised while working as a part-time camp counselor at Mission Viejo Christian Church. Nicolas David Cruz, 19, was arrested at the church and taken to Orange County Jail, where he remains.
