The annual Irvine Animal Care Center Photo Fundraiser returns Saturday, August 1, inviting the community to submit favorite pet photos for a chance to be featured in the 2027 Irvine Animal Care Center wall calendar. Proceeds from the fundraiser support Special Programs that provide enhanced care and lifesaving opportunities for animals in need.
Community members may submit photos online August 1 through August 31 and encourage family and friends to vote for their favorites. Photo submissions are $25 each, and votes are $1 each.
Every eligible photo that receives at least five votes will be featured in the 2027 Irvine Animal Care Center wall calendar; the top 13 vote-getters will receive a full-page feature. Participants will also receive one complimentary calendar, with additional copies available for purchase.
Proceeds benefit special programs at the Irvine Animal Care Center, including Enhanced Care, Foster Care, and Third Chance for Pets. These programs provide advanced medical treatment, temporary foster homes for vulnerable animals, and opportunities for pets transferred from overcrowded shelters to receive the care they need while they wait for adoption.
The annual Photo Fundraiser offers a meaningful way to celebrate beloved pets while helping provide care and fresh starts for animals at the center.
