Quail Hill Community Center, 39 Shady Canyon Drive

Visit Quail Hill Community Center to enjoy guided hikes, a composting demonstration, interactive activities, and presentations offered in collaboration with partner agencies. Guided hikes, led by Irvine Ranch Conservancy, will be offered at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Registration is required on-site, with limited space available. The composting demonstration will begin at noon.

Fair Housing Fundamentals Workshop

Learn about your rights and responsibilities as a renter or property owner at the Fair Housing Fundamentals workshop Tuesday, February 10, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. This free, virtual session will cover topics including disability rights, accommodations and modifications, eviction basics, harassment and retaliation, and housing needs for seniors and veterans.

Eight New Pickleball Courts Now Open at Mike Ward Community Park — Woodbridge

The City of Irvine celebrated the opening of eight new lighted pickleball courts at Mike Ward Community Park — Woodbridge with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, February 3.

Approximately 200 people attended the event, which featured remarks by City leaders and the opportunity for the local pickleball community to hit the courts for the first time following the ribbon cutting.
