The Orange County Great Park announces the opening of its latest art exhibition, Cliff Cramp: Arts & Entertainment. The exhibit runs Sunday, June 3, through Sunday, Aug. 19, with an exhibition opening on Sunday, June 3, from 1 to 3 p.m. Exhibit, opening and parking are free and open to the public.

Enjoy Movies on the Lawn at the Great Park this Summer

The Orange County Great Park’s annual summer tradition returns Friday, June 22, when the Movies on the Lawn series kicks off.

The community is invited to a series of seven free family-friendly movies; Flashback Friday films play at the Palm Court and Blockbuster Saturday movies will be screened on the Terraced Lawn. Bring lawn chairs, blankets and a picnic, or purchase items from gourmet food trucks. Arrive at 6:30 p.m. to get a seat and enjoy food from food trucks. In conjunction with Imagination Celebration, S.T.E.A.M. Drawing engages participants in fun and hands-on drawing activities using symbols, motifs and images from subjects such as science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM). Participants are encouraged to unleash their creativity and use drawing to bridge the gap between diverse perspectives and ideas. Participants will activate their creative self, broaden observational skills, enhance drawing skills, expand visual vocabulary, excel collaboration and create artworks that empower all.
