It's crafty, sustainable, delicious, and fun. UC Master Food Preserver chefs will demonstrate how to preserve what you harvest or purchase. Different items each session based on what is growing in the Farm+Food Lab. Workshop will be conducted online by the UCCE Master Gardeners of Orange County.
On September 10, take a walk around the Farm+Food Lab to preserve what is ready to harvest. Items change based on what is in season and ripe for harvesting.

Are garden pests enjoying more of your harvest than you are? University of California Master Gardeners will review Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices to control those pests with least toxic methods. This is a demonstration-based workshop. No supplies will be provided or needed; participants will watch and be able to take what they've learned back home to work at their leisure.
