Irvine Police Arrest Assault Suspect

The Irvine Police Department (IPD) has arrested Keven Quiroz, 23, for the assault of an elderly male that occurred last Friday evening.

On Friday, March 19, 2021, at 7:00 p.m., a 69-year-old male was assaulted at Sierra Vista Middle School while walking his dog.

City of Irvine and MemorialCare Expand COVID-19 Vaccinations to More Irvine Residents

The City of Irvine expanded COVID-19 vaccine eligibility to Irvine’s highest risk residents aged 55 and over through a continued partnership with MemorialCare. 

The City of Irvine continues to bring vaccines to Irvine residents through Mayor Farrah N. Khan’s COVID-19 Task Force. The state’s announcement to extend eligibility to California residents 50+ starting April 1 and all individuals 16+ April 15, will only continue these alliances and vaccination efforts.
