COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility for Developmental Disabilities Community

Several groups within those who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities have been determined to be at high-risk of COVID-19 complications and related fatalities, and are now eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine. Beginning March 15, healthcare providers may use their clinical judgement to vaccinate individuals age 16-64 who are deemed to be at the very highest risk for morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 as a direct result of one or more of the severe health conditions:

Orange County Moves to Yellow Tier in Blueprint for a Safer Economy

Effective May 19, Irvine and Orange County move into the Yellow Tier in the state's Blueprint for a Safer Economy (Open in new window). The transition to the Yellow Tier is a result of tracked case rate data falling below the two cases per 100,000 residents threshold.
